How does pricing and billing work?

The monthly price of the service consists of three parts:
- basic fee based on available features (depending on the selected package)
- usage fee for volume of print-ready outputs (depending on the selected tier)
- usage fee for volume of print design operations (depending on the selected tier)

Print-ready output refers to the number of final print-ready data generations per calendar month that are included in your monthly fee.

Print design operations refers to the number of all other operations related to design and preparation of graphic per calendar month that are included in your monthly fee (logo uploads and processing, AI logo vectorizations, generating PDF e-proofs, generate vector texts, logo background removal and crop etc.).

HOW TO GET STARTED: Simply start with the lowest quotas. If you have a larger volume of print-ready outputs or print design operations, the quotas and price will simply increase as needed. The only disadvantage is that with low quotas, you pay higher unit costs in the final monthly price for each output/operation.

If you reach selected quota of any operation in a calendar month, the quota and the corresponding usage fee will automatically be increased to the next tier (except when auto upgrade is blocked - in this case, operations that exceed the quota will be blocked). The difference between the current and upgraded package will be billed immediately on a pro-rata basis to the end of the prepaid period. Quotas are always reset on the 1st day of the month at 1:00 a.m.

You can select the "print-ready outputs" quota and the quota for "print design operations" independently according to how you plan to use the service. When used by your internal team, a smaller number of print operations is typically sufficient. When available to the public (your customers), the use of print operations is typically higher.

The unit price of all operations in monthly fee decreases with the volume (size of the quota) in a given month. At the same time, thanks to the prepaid quota and ability to reserve cloud resources, these unit prices are discounted by 10-50% in the packages (STARTER - 50%, PROFESSIONAL - 30%, ENTERPRISE - 10%).
