How to get started?

It's easy. Schedule an initial consultation - We'll show you the technology in action. Listen to your ideas and expectations. Explain you possible usage scenarios. Discuss what data you have available. And then we'll put together an "action plan" – the next steps and a time frame. In the basic scenario, you can start using the technology within a few days or weeks.

How much will TronDesigner cost us?

Price consist of a MONTHLY FEE (90-750 EUR according active features, usage scenario and size of your business) + USAGE-BASED CHARGES.

For your estimation, you can work with an average price ranging from €0.75 to €1.50 per order item according real usage volume, which includes everything from logo processing, editing and AI vectorization to e-proof and print-ready data generation.

The cost structure is designed to reflect actual usage and cloud and AI resource consumption, making it scalable for different business sizes without unnecessarily high fixed monthly fees. The system will use credit system for each operation. Contact us for more details regarding pricing.

How does web-to-print fit into our current workflow?

Web2Print can be used in three main scenarios and these scenarios can be combined in any way:
  • Scenario A: Independent Application - For your internal sales, design or production team to prepare proofs and print data. All work is done only in the TronDesigner back-end. No integration required. You can start use it immediately!
  • Scenario B: In Your Own Web - Typically for your customers on your webshop or other web app to prepare and place complete print orders, including ability to get e-proofs for their end-customers. Integration required on our side.
  • Scenario C: From Your ERP/CRM system - For your internal sales, design or production team to prepare proofs and print data. Instead of using TronDesigner back-end everything can be managed from your ERP/CRM system. Integration required on our side.

Can you work with our current data files or API?

Yes, of course. If your products are already integrated in PromoTron within TronCloud database, everything is immediately available also for Web2Print including automatic updates. If you are not integrated yet, let's start with standard integration process as new supplier. Necessary data for Web2Print requires at least part of LEVEL 1 (products and images) and LEVEL 2 (print options).

What data is needed to use web2print technology?

The minimum requirement is:
  • basic product data = name, description, dimensions
  • product print options = list of print positions, print technologies, max print area size and max number of colors
  • flat product images = image for every color variant that can be used for "2D" designing
  • print area coordinates = numbers representing the print zone drawn on a flat image (in pixels) + ratio to millimeters

What if we don't have print area coordinates?

No problem. We have built and trained our own AI engine to automatically detect and generate coordinates from print preview images or PDF sketches with print zones drawn on them.

If you have at least print preview images or PDF sketches - product photos or sketches with drawn print zones - there is a good chance that we can help you and automatically generate print area coordinates for you (and we will also provide them back to you).

If for some reason this is not possible or the detection does not work reliably, you can use our Mockup Creator - an effective back-end tool for manually configuring print zones on images.

Can web-to-print be used by our sales team, designers, or customers directly?

Yes. It can be used by all stakeholders - internally by your team and externally by your customers. There are multiple scenarios and ways how TronDesigner can be used, integrated and customized. See sections Scenarios and Use Cases.

How are proofreadings generated and approved?

Proofreadings
They are generated as PDF file - customizable in layout, branding, and content. You have full access to source HTML/CSS code of proofreading template, so you can build it in any way with all necessary information and match your customs. We plan to develop unique feature for "white-labeling" proofreadings for every distributor = each distributor will download e-proof in their own design and contacts (configurable by them).

Approval
The process will remain unchanged, as you and your distributors are used to (usually by emails). However, we plan to develop a special "Approval Portal", which allows distributors to review, do any change and finally approve e-proof with optional SMS/email verification. This portal also allows "white-labeling", so if distirbutors allows it, you will be able to send e-proof directly to end-customer (via system in behalf of distributor) and speed up entire process. Once end-customer approve it, you immediately get notification.

How does it handle poor-quality logos and JPG images?

Simply great. AI-powered vectorization engine automatically analyze and convert any raster logo - including very poor and low-res JPG images - into vectors and curves with 97% successful ratio within few seconds.

What logo formats do you support?

Almost everything possible. Currently we supports - AI, EPS, PS, CDR, PDF, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIFF, GIF.

Does it check font size, line thickness, and other print restrictions?

Not yet. At this moment Web2Print technology check the basic rules related to print technology like maximum print size and number of colors. But we plan to dive in quality control, understand all specific rules and conditions of each technology and add these advanced quality checks. Entire technology is already prepared for reporting also this quality warnings and errors according your settings.
